Ramparts is a high-end residential project located on one of the ridges within the exclusive St George’s Hill estate, offering far-reaching southerly views across Epsom, Cobham and the Surrey Hills. Originally acquired as a speculative build, the project was part-way through construction when the original developer entered administration, leaving the property incomplete and without a roof, with disrupted contractor and supplier involvement before its subsequent recovery and continuation.
