13 apartments. This commercial building was being used as a fashion warehouse for a famous clothing brand.

We stripped the building initially to create a blank canvas to construct 13 high end riverside apartments. This project took 18 months and included underground drainage works, full re-roof and a very high-end finish internally .

This project is one of many commercial to residential project designs by the infamous Chrispen Kelly.
