Full restoration of a listed four story building including basement.

This prestigious road side listed building was fully stripped internally on all floors to allow a new steal framed structure to strengthen the foundation of the building .

Major underpinning was carried out on the basement areas of the building and a full refurbishment was carried out across the four story building to bring it back to its original beauty.

The roof of the building was fully replaced at the beginning of the project.
